• Prepare a list of potential abatement actions to reduce the greeenhouse gas emissions, estimate the potential emissions savings and abatement cost for each abatement action
• Develop an annual reporting tool that will allow monthly data to be collected for fuel use, power generation, fuel composition to determine parameters such as load factor, annual GI and GI corrected for number of starts.
