    Role: Outage technical manager
    Key achievements:
    Managed technical aspects of a major power station outage including on-site NDT and inspection.
    Responsible for liaising with and advising power station staff on run/repair/replace issues.
    Development of welding repair procedures for various plant.
    Signing off on plant inspections to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.
  • PROJECT | Unit 1 Refurbishment, Calaca Power Station, Philippines
    Client: DM Consunji Inc
    Role: Principal materials engineer and independent technical advisor
    Key achievements:
    On-site assistance during major refurbishment.
    Provision of materials advice on high energy piping.
    Development of risk-based inspection program for high temperature and high pressure plant.
    Management of on-site NDT and inspection.
  • PROJECT | Weld repair of high energy piping, Quezon Power Station, Philippines
    Client: Pearl Energy Philippines Operating, Inc.
    Role: Principal materials engineer and independent technical advisor
    Key achievements:
    Desktop-based provision of a weld repair procedure for a major failure on the main steam line.
    Management of subsequent laboratory-based failure investigation.
    Development of risk-based inspection program for all high energy pipework in the station.
