hrl: is now a member of the Energy Efficiency Council.  The Energy Efficiency Council is the peak body for energy efficiency, cogeneration and demand management in Australia. A not-for-profit membership association, the Council's goal is to make sensible, cost effective energy efficiency measures standard practice across the Australian economy.
