Managing Director/CEO

Paul brings extensive experience to the company having worked in senior global executive roles for Rio Tinto, BHP, PT Bukit Asam in Jakarta, American Electric Power, ACIRL and most recently at ALS as Group General Manager, Energy.

Ken is currently Exec Director Research, Innovation and Commercialisation at the University of Melbourne, and CEO of the commercialisation company UoMC Pty Ltd.

Nick Miller
Business Unit Leader/Industrial Chemist

Nick has over twenty years of experience working as a chemist in the power generation and mineral processing industries. Inorganic and elemental analysis of various sample types, particularly fuels such as coal, oil and biosolids as well as pharmaceuticals, soils and waters.

Trevor Layzell
Business Unit Leader/Materials Engineer

Fifteen years' experience in a wide range of mechanical testing for strength, fracture toughness, fatigue and creep properties. Testing of components for standards compliance and product development. Investigation of component and product failures.

Alex Blatchford
Business Unit Leader/Chemical Engineer

Wide experience in process engineering mainly in the area of power generation systems, performance optimisation, gasification, minerals processing, process plant design and modelling and greenhouse emissions.
