HRL was engaged to conduct urgent analyses on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) samples to address concerns raised by some of our client's customers. The concerns were in regard to a potential deviation from product specifications, which could have been impacting their equipment.

The Gas Services team promptly initiated a series of standard LPG analyses in our NATA accredited laboratory, aiming to assess the quality of the product. Additional samples from diverse locations were also analysed to provide comprehensive comparisons.
Results
All analysed samples demonstrated compliance with the prescribed quality specifications, for composition and residue on evaporation. The expedited analyses mitigated potential disruptions in product distribution. Our client was able to promptly address customer concerns and safeguard their reputation. Our client's customers were then able to quickly look into other explanations for their equipment issues.
